To drive the growth of junior pickleball by building a unified network of public and private clubs, teams, and organizations nationwide. To address fragmented resources and developmental pathways, USJPO collaborates with industry stakeholders to foster the country’s most inclusive and high-performance junior pickleball ecosystem. Initiatives include supporting community leagues, organizing and supporting tournaments at local, regional, and national levels, providing scholarships for players and coaches, and implementing mentorship programs that connect seasoned athletes with newcomers.
By connecting clubs and supporting events, USJPO strengthens the talent pipeline for junior athletes and establishes the first nonprofit alliance committed to the advancement of junior pickleball throughout the United States.

Aryn Sieber is an entrepreneur, lifelong athlete, and certified Level 1 (PPR) Instructor who believes in "Trust the process and pay it forward." During a visit to New York City on September 11th, he assisted in search and rescue at ground zero. Thirteen years later, he was diagnosed with stage IV inoperable cancer linked to his involvement but recovered after intensive treatment. Subsequently he founded and trademarked the USJPO U.S. Junior Pickleball Organization, and began supporting young athletes from diverse backgrounds.
