Our Mission
We support the growth of junior pickleball by creating a unified network of public and private clubs, teams, and organizations. In regions where access to junior Pickleball resources and development pathways is often fragmented, US JPO fosters opportunities for all youth players, from entry-level participants to advanced competitors.
By connecting organizations, supporting shared events, and amplifying participation in local leagues, clinics and tournaments, we strengthen the talent pipeline for young athletes and establish the first nonprofit alliance dedicated to the advancement of junior pickleball throughout the United States.

USJPO & US High School Pickleball Founder
Aryn Sieber, is an accomplished entrepreneur and certified Level 1 PPR Instructor. His philosophy, trust the process and pay it forward.
Aryn was visiting New York City on 9/11 when he volunteered as a first responder at ground zero. Thirteen years later, he developed and survived inoperable stage IV cancer from that experience. As a result, he created the 501(c)(3) nonprofit USJPO and trademarked, U.S. High School Pickleball to pay it forward by supporting the growth of all young pickleball athletes.
